These Terms of Use and Risk & Financial Disclaimer ("Terms") govern your access to and use of neverruggingravens.com (the "Site") and content provided by Never Rugging Ravens ("NRR," "we," "us," or "our").

NRR is currently an unincorporated community project operated from Pennsylvania, United States.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Adult Audience

The Site and NRR community are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

NRR content may discuss cryptocurrencies, meme coins, NFTs, blockchain projects, and other speculative digital assets that can involve substantial financial risk.

If you are under 18, you should not use the Site or participate in NRR activities intended for adults.

3. Informational and Entertainment Purposes Only

Content made available through the Site is provided for general informational, community, educational, promotional, and entertainment purposes.

Nothing published or communicated by NRR through the Site should be construed as personalized:

Cryptocurrencies, meme coins, NFTs, tokens, and other digital assets can be extremely speculative and volatile.

Their value may rise or fall rapidly and may fall to zero.

complete or substantial loss of value;

extreme price volatility;

lack of liquidity;

market manipulation;

smart-contract vulnerabilities;

wallet compromise;

phishing and impersonation;

fraudulent or abandoned projects;

"rug pulls";

regulatory changes;

cybersecurity incidents;

platform failures;

blockchain or network failures;

loss of private keys or credentials;

inaccurate or misleading information; and

inability to recover transferred digital assets.

Past performance, popularity, community activity, social-media attention, or previous price movement does not guarantee future performance.

Never purchase, trade, hold, or otherwise interact with a digital asset solely because it appears on NRR.

You are responsible for conducting your own research and deciding whether any activity involving digital assets is appropriate for you.

5. Featured Meme Coins, Creators and Projects

NRR may feature, discuss, link to, or display content relating to:

meme coins;

cryptocurrencies;

tokens;

NFTs;

creators;

communities;

brands;

blockchain projects; and

other third-party projects.

A project's appearance on NRR does not, by itself, mean that NRR has audited, verified, approved, certified, or guaranteed:

the project;

its creators or operators;

its token or smart contract;

its ownership;

its liquidity;

its security;

its tokenomics;

statements made by its operators;

its legality;

its future performance; or

its suitability as an investment.

A feature, mention, repost, link, image, or community discussion should not be interpreted as a guarantee of legitimacy or financial performance.

Unless NRR expressly states otherwise, a featured project should not be assumed to have a formal partnership, agency, joint venture, employment, or other legal relationship with NRR merely because it appears on the Site.

6. Pump.fun and Other Third-Party Platforms

The Site may provide links to third-party services such as Pump.fun, X, Telegram, Discord, creator websites, cryptocurrency platforms, blockchain explorers, or other external services.

NRR does not own or control these third-party platforms.

NRR is not responsible for their:

availability;

security;

content;

smart contracts;

transactions;

fees;

privacy practices;

representations;

financial performance; or

conduct.

A link is provided for convenience or informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee concerning the destination service or project.

Before connecting a wallet, making a transaction, purchasing an asset, or providing information to a third party, review that service independently.

7. No Guarantee Against Scams or "Rug Pulls"

The Never Rugging Ravens name does not constitute a guarantee that a featured, discussed, linked, or community-associated project cannot fail, become compromised, lose value, engage in misconduct, or "rug."

NRR cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, honesty, solvency, cybersecurity, future conduct, or continued participation of independent third parties.

Even where NRR attempts to review information before featuring something, no review should be treated as a substitute for your own independent investigation.

The name "Never Rugging Ravens" is a community/project identity, not an insurance policy, warranty, financial guarantee, or certification of any third-party digital asset.

8. No Guarantee of Accuracy

NRR attempts to provide useful community content, but cryptocurrency markets and online projects change rapidly.

Information may become incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unavailable, or incorrect.

NRR does not guarantee that Site content is complete, current, accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You should independently verify material information before relying upon it, particularly before making a financial decision.

9. Your Financial Decisions

You are solely responsible for your own financial and investment decisions.

Before purchasing, selling, holding, transferring, staking, swapping, or otherwise interacting with a cryptocurrency, token, NFT, or other digital asset, consider conducting independent research and, where appropriate, consulting qualified financial, legal, tax, or other professional advisers.

Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

NRR does not guarantee profits or protection against losses.

10. Wallet and Security Warning

NRR will never ask you to provide a cryptocurrency private key or seed phrase.

Never provide a private key or seed phrase to anyone claiming to represent NRR.

Be cautious of:

impersonation accounts;

fake NRR profiles;

fake support representatives;

phishing websites;

unsolicited direct messages;

malicious wallet-connect requests;

fraudulent airdrops;

fake giveaways; and

links claiming that immediate action is required.

Use official NRR links published through the Site or official NRR channels when locating community resources.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallets, devices, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, and accounts.

11. Future Wallet, Marketplace, Airdrop and Token Functionality

NRR may consider introducing additional functionality in the future, including wallet connections, marketplace functionality, merchandise, payments, tokens, NFTs, giveaways, airdrops, or similar features.

The mention of possible future functionality does not mean that such functionality currently exists or that NRR is promising to introduce it.

Additional terms, eligibility requirements, disclosures, privacy notices, risk disclosures, or other conditions may apply before such functionality becomes available.

NRR may decide not to introduce any proposed feature.

12. Sponsored, Affiliate and Compensated Content

NRR does not currently represent that every creator, project, or brand appearing on the Site is a paid partner.

If NRR introduces sponsorships, affiliate relationships, referral compensation, paid promotions, or other material commercial relationships, NRR intends to provide disclosures where required by applicable law.

Users should not assume that a project is independent, sponsored, endorsed, or financially connected to NRR unless the nature of the relationship is expressly stated.

13. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content

NRR may display names, usernames, links, images, artwork, logos, memes, or other material associated with creators or third-party projects.

Rights in third-party names, trademarks, artwork, logos, and other materials remain with their respective owners where applicable.

NRR's display or reference to third-party material does not itself claim ownership of that material.

14. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Site to:

violate applicable law;

impersonate NRR or another person;

use NRR branding to facilitate fraud or phishing;

falsely represent yourself as an authorized NRR representative;

attempt to obtain another person's private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or credentials; or

use the Site in a manner intended to harm NRR, its users, or third parties.

NRR may take reasonable action to protect the Site and community against abuse or security threats.

15. No Professional or Fiduciary Relationship

Accessing NRR content, following NRR social accounts, participating in community discussions, communicating with NRR, or viewing a featured project does not by itself create an adviser-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, brokerage, partnership, agency, employment, or similar professional relationship between you and NRR.

Any formal arrangement separately agreed to in writing is governed by its own terms.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

NRR does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, particular financial results, investment performance, continued availability of third-party projects, or that Site content will always be accurate or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NRR and its operators will not be liable for losses arising solely from a user's independent decision to purchase, sell, trade, hold, transfer, or otherwise interact with a third-party digital asset or third-party service based on content or links appearing on the Site.

This includes, to the extent permitted by law, losses resulting from volatility, third-party scams, project failures, smart-contract failures, compromised third-party services, or loss of digital-asset value.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be waived.

18. Privacy

NRR's processing of personal information is addressed separately in the Never Rugging Ravens Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy should be read alongside these Terms but serves a different purpose.

19. Changes to These Terms

NRR may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Site, NRR activities, applicable law, or available functionality.

The current version will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Material new functionality may also be subject to additional terms or disclosures.

20. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this provision is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.
