1. About Never Rugging Ravens

Never Rugging Ravens ("NRR," "we," "us," or "our") operates neverruggingravens.com (the "Site").

NRR is currently an unincorporated community project operated from Pennsylvania, United States. The Site is primarily intended to share community-related content, highlight creators and projects, and provide access to relevant community platforms and third-party content.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information may be processed when you visit or interact with the Site, why that information may be processed, and the privacy rights that may be available to you.

NRR is not currently operated through a registered company or other legal entity. If a legal entity is formed and becomes responsible for operating the Site, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

2. Information You Do Not Currently Provide Through the Site

The Site currently does not provide functionality requiring you to:

create an account;

register with an email address;

submit a contact form;

make a purchase;

connect a cryptocurrency wallet;

provide payment information; or

upload files.

Although you do not currently submit personal information directly through these types of Site features, certain technical information is automatically processed when you visit the Site as described below.

NRR will never ask you to provide your cryptocurrency private keys or seed phrase. Never provide this information to anyone claiming to represent NRR.

3. Information Automatically Processed

The Site and domain are currently hosted by STRATO.

When you visit the Site, STRATO automatically processes technical information necessary to deliver, maintain, and secure the Site. Depending on the request and hosting configuration, this may include:

IP address;

date and time of access;

requested page or resource;

browser and device information;

referring information;

request information; and

other information ordinarily contained in web-server logs.

STRATO states that IP addresses contained in server logs may be processed for purposes including detecting and defending against attacks and may be retained in identifiable form for up to seven days for those purposes.

NRR may have access through STRATO to basic website statistics or anonymized statistical information concerning use of the Site.

We do not currently use this information to create behavioral advertising profiles or attempt to identify individual visitors.

4. Analytics, Advertising and Tracking

NRR does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, X Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, behavioral advertising, retargeting, or similar third-party behavioral analytics or advertising technologies on the Site.

We do not currently sell personal information collected through the Site or use Site visitor information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

If these practices materially change, we will review and update this Privacy Policy and implement any notice, consent, opt-out, or other controls required by applicable law before introducing the relevant processing.

5. How We Use Information

Technical information associated with operation of the Site may be processed to:

provide and operate the Site;

maintain Site availability and performance;

diagnose technical problems;

detect and prevent fraud, scams, abuse, malicious activity, and security incidents;

understand general or aggregated Site usage;

protect NRR, its community, and its infrastructure; and

comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable European data-protection law requires a lawful basis, technical information necessary to operate and secure the Site is generally processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in providing, maintaining, and protecting the Site, except where another lawful basis is required or more appropriate.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

NRR does not currently intentionally deploy advertising cookies, behavioral tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies on the Site.

Hosting infrastructure or embedded third-party functionality, if present, may nevertheless use technical storage or similar technologies necessary to provide its functionality.

The Site may contain ordinary links to external services such as X, Telegram, Discord, Pump.fun, creator websites, and other third-party services. Following an external link allows the destination service to process information according to its own privacy practices.

Embedded third-party content may operate differently from an ordinary link and may allow the applicable third party to receive technical information when the embedded content loads.

If NRR introduces non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking technologies, we will implement any notice, consent, or opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.

7. Communications With NRR

You may communicate with NRR through services including email, X, Telegram, and Discord.

Those platforms process information according to their own privacy policies and terms. NRR does not control their independent processing practices.

Separately, when you communicate directly with NRR, we may process information contained in your communication and associated account information, including:

username or display name;

public profile information;

email address;

message contents;

project or community information;

links or materials you send us; and

other information you voluntarily provide.

We may use this information to:

respond to you;

communicate with community members;

evaluate creator or project features;

evaluate potential collaborations;

administer community activities;

address scams, abuse, or security issues; and

maintain appropriate records of communications.

Where applicable European data-protection law applies, processing may be based on our legitimate interests in communicating with our community and administering NRR, steps taken at your request before entering an agreement, performance of an agreement, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.

Do not send NRR passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or other authentication credentials.

8. Featured Creators and Projects

NRR may feature creators, communities, brands, meme coins, cryptocurrency projects, and other third-party content.

Information displayed may include publicly available information such as:

project or creator names;

usernames;

public profile information;

project or coin imagery;

social-media links; and

links to third-party services such as Pump.fun.

We may process this publicly available information for purposes of operating NRR, presenting community content, and highlighting creators or projects.

Creators and project operators who want personal information concerning them corrected or removed may contact us using the contact information below.

9. Retention

NRR retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was processed, including communicating with users, maintaining appropriate project records, resolving disputes, protecting against fraud or abuse, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and the service through which it was received.

Communications received through email, X, Telegram, Discord, or similar platforms may remain available through those services until deleted by NRR, the sender, or the applicable platform, subject to each platform's own retention practices.

STRATO determines certain technical retention periods relating to its hosting infrastructure. STRATO states that IP addresses used in connection with server logging and attack detection may be retained in identifiable form for up to seven days for those purposes.

Where applicable law gives you a valid right to deletion, we will process an eligible deletion request unless there is a lawful reason or obligation to retain the information.

10. Service Providers and Disclosure of Information

NRR uses third-party services to operate the Site and communicate with the community.

These currently include STRATO for website/domain hosting and may include X, Telegram, Discord, and our email provider when you interact with us through those services.

Depending on the circumstances, a provider may process information on our behalf or independently under its own privacy practices.

NRR may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;

investigate fraud, scams, abuse, or security incidents;

protect the rights, safety, security, or property of NRR, its community, or others; or

establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

NRR does not currently sell Site visitor personal information or disclose it for behavioral advertising.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may contain links to X, Telegram, Discord, Pump.fun, creator profiles, cryptocurrency projects, and other external websites or services.

NRR does not control the privacy, security, or data-processing practices of these third parties.

When you leave the Site or interact with a third-party service, that third party's privacy policy and terms may apply. You should review them before providing personal or financial information or connecting a cryptocurrency wallet.

12. International Visitors

NRR operates from Pennsylvania, United States, and the Site is accessible internationally.

Our hosting, communications, and other service providers may process information in the United States, European Union, or other countries depending on their infrastructure and practices.

Information associated with your use of the Site or communications with NRR may therefore be processed outside the country in which you live.

Where applicable data-protection law requires particular safeguards for an international transfer of personal information, NRR will use legally recognized mechanisms or other safeguards where required.

We may need to verify your request before acting on it and may request information reasonably necessary to do so.

Because the Site does not currently maintain visitor accounts or directly collect identifying information from ordinary Site visitors, we may sometimes be unable to associate technical information with a particular person. We will not unnecessarily collect additional personal information merely to identify a visitor unless reasonably necessary to process a valid request.

14. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

NRR does not currently sell Site visitor personal information or use Site visitor information for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.

Accordingly, the Site does not currently provide a separate behavioral-advertising opt-out mechanism.

If NRR later engages in processing for which applicable law requires recognition of Global Privacy Control or another legally recognized opt-out preference signal, we will implement appropriate controls.

Some browsers also transmit "Do Not Track" signals. There is no universally applicable technical standard governing all responses to these signals. NRR does not currently conduct behavioral advertising through the Site.

15. Children's Privacy

The Site and NRR community are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older, particularly because NRR content may concern cryptocurrency and digital assets.

NRR does not knowingly collect personal information through the Site from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected in circumstances requiring parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise appropriately handle the information.

16. Data Security

NRR takes reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the Site and information processed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

The Site currently uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect information transmitted between visitors and the Site.

No website, communications platform, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Never provide NRR or anyone claiming to represent NRR with your cryptocurrency private key, seed phrase, password, or similar authentication credential.

17. Future Features

NRR is an evolving project.

We may introduce functionality in the future such as accounts, newsletters, analytics, advertising, wallet connections, payments, marketplace functionality, merchandise, giveaways, airdrops, affiliate programs, or digital-asset functionality.

This section does not mean that any such feature is currently active.

Before introducing functionality that materially changes how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, sold, shared, or otherwise processed, we will review our privacy practices and update this Privacy Policy and any required notices, consent mechanisms, or controls as appropriate.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Site, our practices, our service providers, or applicable legal requirements.

When we update the Policy, we will post the revised version on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date.

Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change in processing, we will provide it as required.
